In our house, meals are always prepared fresh using organic ingredients, mainly from local suppliers according to the season. Home-made wholewheat bread is always available.

Drinks offered are water, herbal tea with honey and freshly prepared smoothies.

There will not be any semi-cooked, frozen meals, fast food, or any sugary or fizzy drinks.

Meal plan will consider allergies and/or intolerance of children, vegetarian/vegan diets, and other possible requirements.

Children will be able to become actively involved in preparing healthy meals. Every now and then we will organize cooking workshops that will include parents.
